  • For items from my regular menu, please place your order at least 5 days in advance.

    For custom cakes and specialty orders, I recommend reaching out at least one week in advance, though more notice is always appreciated, especially during holidays and busy seasons.

    Need something sooner? Feel free to ask! While I can't guarantee availability, I'll do my best to accommodate last-minute orders when my schedule allows.

  • Place an order through the website. You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming your order.

  • The photos on my website showcase cakes I've created in the past and are intended to give you a sense of my design style. While I strive to create cakes that closely match the design you've selected, no two cakes leave my kitchen exactly the same.

    Because each cake is handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, and decorative details are to be expected. These small differences are a natural part of custom baking and help make each cake uniquely yours.

  • Orders are picked up directly from my home bakery in Portland. Once your order is confirmed, I'll provide pickup details and instructions.

    To keep your cake looking its best, be sure to transport it on a flat, level surface in your vehicle. Your cake has already survived baking, filling, frosting, and decorating—let's not let the drive home be its greatest challenge.

  • Absolutely! I love creating cakes that reflect your celebration. Inspiration photos are welcome, though every cake is handcrafted and may vary slightly from reference images.

  • Yes. Full payment is required to confirm your order and reserve your pickup date.

    Because all items are baked to order, orders are not considered booked until payment has been received. Once your order is confirmed, I'll provide payment instructions.

  • Orders may be canceled up to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup date for a full refund.

    Because ingredients, baking schedules, and custom design work are planned in advance, cancellations made within 72 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
