To Almond with Love
This cake honors almond in its richest form, with almond paste at the center balanced by bright layers of homemade raspberry jam. Finished with an almond swiss meringue buttercream.

Rich, moist, and unapologetically chocolate, made with Valrhona dark chocolate for a deep, luxurious finish. Layered and frosted with a bittersweet chocolate frosting and whipped ganache.
Cinnamon Swirl
Buttery soft cake layers swirled with a cinnamon sugar ripple. Choice of brown sugar cream cheese frosting or brown sugar swiss meringue buttercream.
Ginger Blueberry
Delicate ginger chiffon meets a ginger kissed blueberry jam, all encased in creamy lemon Swiss meringue buttercream.
Coconut Passionfruit
Rich coconut cake layered with tangy passionfruit curd, frosted in vanilla bean whipped cream, and generously covered in toasted large-flake coconut.
